Linda Ilolander

Head of International Research & Executive Consultant

As Head of International Research & Executive Consultant, her passion lies in connecting exceptional talent with forward-thinking organizations. Her work goes beyond traditional recruitment; she aims to improve work-life by integrating ESG, DEI, and AI into executive search, crafting sustainable and inclusive leadership solutions.

With over 8 years of experience in the field, she brings creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking to every project. Her strong social and emotional intelligence enables her to foster authentic connections with candidates and clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their goals and needs.

Influenced by her Nordic background, she has a strong passion for cross-Nordic collaboration and business development. Whether working in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, or across Europe, she brings a culturally attuned and forward-thinking perspective to every partnership. Guided by integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous growth, she strives to contribute not only to individual success but also to a more inclusive and future-ready workplace.

“I personally take pride in the candidate's and client's experience. I focus on transparent communication and forming strong, lasting partnerships with clients and candidates. During an executive search process, we represent ourselves and the client; therefore, understanding employer branding is also important.”

Linda's interest in societal challenges and organizational development is not just a passing curiosity but a lifelong commitment. This commitment is reflected in her academic studies and leisure activities. She strives for knowledge expansion, actively participating in diverse books and study groups where ideas are examined and debated.

Linda provides services in English, Swedish, and Finnish.
