Francesca is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and consultancy. Over the past 13 years, she has been the founder and CEO of a successful training and coaching company, while also serving as an in-house HR consultant for prestigious organizations. These include a top-tier hospitality brand, a corporate bank, the training unit of Regione Lombardia, and a leading educational foundation in Italy.

With a dynamic background in global HR roles across fast-paced corporate environments in the US and UK, Francesca has been focusing on People Strategy and Culture Management since 2008. Her expertise spans recruiting, retention, and the development of human potential on a strategic level.

Francesca excels at designing solutions tailored to people and business needs, such as improving operational efficiency, creating value, and managing organizational change. She is also deeply committed to Diversity & Inclusion, having led numerous initiatives that help foster inclusive workplaces.

An expert in Career and Executive Coaching since 2005 and a Certified Mentor since 2018, Francesca holds a degree in psychosynthesis and transactional analysis, further enhancing her holistic approach to human development.
