Beginning his career in the IT industry as a business analyst and project manager for international financial services clients, Mathias quickly advanced into business and management consulting. Over the past two decades, he has gained significant leadership experience in areas such as risk, regulatory compliance, consulting, and product management.

In his leadership roles, Mathias has been responsible for project, product, and service management, leading teams of more than 40 employees, with multi-million dollar P&L responsibilities. He has a proven track record in building, developing, and mentoring international high-performance teams. His experience has shown him the critical importance of recruiting and nurturing the right talent to drive business success.
