Over the last 30 years, she has worked in various marketing and communications roles in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and biotechnology companies. She also has experience as an entrepreneur, having built her own communications agency.

Riitta has worked in leadership positions, where she recruited people from various organizations and focused on transformation and team building. She considers herself an expert in organizational development. Creative thinking, an understanding of marketing, company brand, sales, and organizational development are all in Riitta's portfolio, which she shares with others.
