Since 1997 Casper has worked with recruitment and headhunting of managers and directors as well as development of management teams. He has successfully solved several tasks in this area both nationally and internationally.

Casper started out as an officer in the Danish army, where he has held management positions in Denmark and in international operations for a number of years.

Since 1997 he has worked with recruitment and headhunting of managers and directors as well as development of management teams. He has successfully solved several tasks in this area both nationally and internationally. ue to his extensive experience, he has worked in a wide range of significantly different industries and finds great synergy in having this broad knowledge of various segments.

His experience also includes an extended period as HR Director for a large, Danish retail chain.

In his working life, Casper has focused on good leadership, developing leaders and helping organizations achieving better results. This has been done by establishing a close partnership with the individual company and thus gaining great insight into the company's business, success criteria, culture and workflows
