Herma brings over 12 years of commercial experience, gained in both the hospitality and education sectors, where she held positions ranging from commercial advisor to sales manager. Over the past five years, she has further honed her expertise in recruitment and consultancy, with a focus on the franchise industry.

Herma has extensive experience in optimising complex recruitment processes and has a keen eye for recruiting and selecting the right people. Her experience covers the full spectrum of recruitment, from setting up and improving processes, competency-based assessments using various selection tools, targeted interviewing, to conducting assessments and sourcing hard-to-find profiles.

In her most recent role, she gained valuable experience as a Consultant in Executive Recruitment, where she further developed her knowledge and expertise. With a strong focus on building sustainable relationships, Herma knows how to connect both clients and candidates. Her people-oriented approach and ability to connect are essential in creating a bond of trust, leading to successful placements and long-term collaborations.

Education
BachelorĀ“s degree in International Tourism and Management Consultancy and continued studies at the Post Bachelor level in hospitality, education (career coaching), and management. Additionally, experience in analysing Personality (DISC), Competency, and Management tests.

At the Academy for Recruitment, Herma completed an extensive educational program to become a Recruitment Professional. During this program, she delved into a wide range of topics, including personal branding, the recruitment process, employer branding, and candidate experience. She also gained expertise in social media advertising, search training, and targeted interviewing.
