Linda excels in providing our clients with executive search and solutions for ESG, DEI, and employer branding. As Head of International Research, she focuses on finding the right candidates and solutions for our clients. In her multifaceted role, she excels in Executive Search, Consulting, and Employer Branding, dedicating herself to being the client's trusted advisor. Her goal is always to find inclusive and long-lasting solutions.

Linda has worked with Executive Search and recruitment for over six years and has several years of experience in B2B-marketing. Linda has a deep interest in cross-Nordic business and European cooperation. Her six-year track record reflects her dedication to matching candidates with the right opportunities. Linda has an emotional intelligence (EI) approach to her work that allows her to create meaningful relationships with candidates and clients.

She joined the company as a Researcher and now focuses on the quality and development of research at Birn+Partners.

During an executive search process, we represent ourselves and the client; therefore, understanding employer branding is also important.”

This commitment is reflected in her academic studies and leisure activities. She consistently strives for knowledge expansion, actively participating in diverse books and study groups where ideas are examined and debated.

Linda provides services in English, Swedish and Finnish.

Education:

Master’s degree in economics – Major in organization, leadership, and strategy. Minor in sustainable development with additional studies in labor law.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration – Two majors: marketing and organization.
