Heinrich is Managing Director and Partner in Germany, and has been in the search & selection business since 2011. He has started his career in the IT-Industry as a business consultant and project manager. After a couple of years of successful on-site consulting he moved into a business management and sales oriented career path, where he gained 20 years of leadership experience within market leading Software Vendors and System Integrators, including P/L responsible for +400 employees.

Heinrich has built, developed, incorporated and managed teams in an international and multi-cultural context. From his own management experience he learned how important it is to hire and develop the right talent to run successful businesses, and learned how to match talent with business needs in various business environments.

With this background, Heinrich is able to best support his clients in the areas of Executive Search & Consulting.
