Antti has over 25 years of experience in sales and sales management. He has a strong business intelligence and an understanding of sales success factors. He is genuinely interested in customers in developing their business. He has led and coached various sizes of sales units and teams and successfully recruited many top talents.

Since 2017 Antti has been working with headhunting, onboarding and career advisory on a professional and international level. Over the years his network and several solved assignments have led to a strong knowledge within ICT, construction, industrial and engineering industries. He has a history as sales director and other sales management positions and, he has a complete understanding of the business and sales organizational development often needed in executive search and consulting.

He has competence in headhunting, executive search, sales development, coaching, p/l responsible as sales director in large international companies. He has also gained international experience in leading sales and service organizations abroad.
