Jan has more than 20 years of international leadership experience, mostly from within the MedTech sector. He has been building and leading multicultural organizations for industry renowned companies in Asia, North America and Europe. He spent 5 years in the Management Board of a Swiss SMI listed healthcare company.

His experience comprises turn-around situations, organizational restructuring and business acceleration projects. He is actively serving in advisory functions for several start-up companies.

Jan has extensive experience in recruitment and organizational development and has previously worked in the executive search industry in Brussels.

He is enthusiastic about building winning teams and a strong believer in the necessity for many organizations to strengthen their social intelligence at leadership level.

Jan is a Danish/Swiss national and resides in Switzerland since 2010.
