Bettina is a leader with over 25 years of experience in corporate communication and leadership. She started her career as a business editor before holding leadership positions at renowned companies such as Metallgesellschaft AG, Körber AG, Heraeus Holding, BSH Home Appliances Group, and Schaeffler Group, most of the time reporting directly to the CEO.

With her profound background, Bettina understands the needs of her clients in complex organisations and helps them find the best and most sustainable solutions.

Bettina has been a business coach since 2017. With her extensive experience as a leader and coach, she will focus on leadership- and team-development, team development, coaching, and executive search.

Bettina has a university degree in Political Science. She completed her coaching training at the state-recognized and Science Council-accredited private university for business, Munich Business School. She has further training as a stress and mental coach. Additionally, she is also a volunteer mentor for women.
