We all need to contribute to a better and more sustainable society, both privately and as a company. ESG is currently a focal point in many companies. In a consulting firm like Birn+Partners where we do not produce any products, it can be challenging to contribute to, for example, reducing CO2 emissions. As management consultants, we experience different constellations in companies' leadership and strategy every day. There are significant differences in efforts, opportunities, finances, and how far companies have progressed regarding ESG.

At Birn+Partners, we have chosen to focus on DEI (Diversity, Equality, Inclusion). As management consultants in recruitment, leadership development, and board work, we can contribute to influencing decisions that lead to greater equality and opportunity among genders, ages, ethnicities, compensation, and careers. We can challenge hiring managers, leverage experiences from other companies, educate and develop tomorrow's leaders, and compare salaries and experiences. In this way, we can assist our clients in making decisions based on a more informed basis.
