We provide a platform for networking among executives and board members with B+Forum, a European executive community that fosters collaboration among leaders focused on management and board governance. With this community you can meet postgraduates from our Executive Board Education, clients, and ambassadors in dynamic discussions on contemporary management themes. Through engaging webinars and masterclasses, we explore key topics such as M&A processes, diversity and inclusion, ESG considerations, and cybersecurity.

 

Research 

Our research support functions are crucial in creating longlists of candidates for each search assignment. They conduct telephone screenings and refine the longlists into shortlists. Researchers provide additional business support, including translations and ad hoc administrative tasks, ensuring a streamlined and efficient search process for our consultants. 

 

Test and Assessment 

This support function ensures all consultants are educated and certified in the assessment tools, always adhering to best practices. Training sessions and online sessions are conducted several times each year, complemented by continuous guidance. We use a variety of assessment tools to measure and assess individuals' mental capabilities, personality traits, and behavioral styles. We collaborate with our clients to customise the assessments to perfectly fit each recruitment assignment.
