While her early interest in recruitment guided her path, Lily first opted to gain an understanding of business operations by working for LVMH, the global leader in luxury goods. During her five years with the company’s operations teams in Hong Kong and London, she developed a keen sense of corporate dynamics, strategic thinking, and client management.

Building on this foundation, Lily transitioned to the recruitment field, joining a Hamburg-based firm as Senior Executive Researcher. Here, she developed her skills in identifying specialist and C-level talent, with a focus on mandates in the financial services sector. Her natural curiosity and ability to ask insightful, targeted questions help her ensure ideal matches between clients and candidates, tailored to the unique requirements of both.
