Leaders are unwilling to hire candidates without AI expertise
A recent comprehensive study shows that leaders now prioritize entirely new skills in job seekers. It indicates that 66 percent of leaders are unwilling to hire candidates without AI expertise. In the survey, 68 percent of Finnish leaders said they would not hire someone lacking AI skills. Furthermore, 71 percent of leaders are more likely to hire a less experienced candidate with AI skills over a more experienced employee lacking AI expertise.
