Joyce Duncan

Joyce contributes as Senior Executive Consultant to organisations within Executive Search and consulting and she has a proven track record in creating synergy between business needs and company goals. Her expertise spans both from medium-sized and large matrix organisations, where she has navigated complex stakeholder landscapes successfully.

Joyce has an extensive experience in the consulting industry with a large network both in the SME and Large Enterprises segments both nationally and internationally as well as yearlong work experience from other consulting companies.

Primarily client focus is within the sectors of Industrial Manufacturing and Life Science. She has worked with business development and strategy projects as well as functions as team leader and country manager. Previously, she was CMO of an international manufacturing company within the Building and Construction Industry.

Joyce is an experienced Board & Advisory Board Member within private equity companies as well as subsidiaries – in Scandinavia and Germany and a member of Rotary International.

Joyce speaks Danish and English at negotiation level and has good knowledge of German.
