Jasper Jansen is a highly accomplished Senior Executive Consultant with a strong specialization in Executive Search and Leadership Assessment within the Tech and Digitalisation sectors. His expertise spans a wide array of industries, where he effectively supports both Danish and international clients. Jasper possesses a profound understanding of the complex challenges facing commercial businesses, both nationally and globally.

Since beginning his career in Executive Search in 2007, Jasper has accumulated a wealth of experience. He spent over nine years with a global recruitment company and an additional nine years as Managing Partner for the Danish office of a leading Nordic-based Executive Search firm. His deep industry knowledge and strategic insights make him a trusted advisor in identifying and developing top leadership talent.

Before transitioning to Executive Search, Jasper held several key managerial roles in sales and marketing within the international IT sector, further broadening his expertise across industries and markets.

With his vast experience and deep understanding of both B2B and B2C organisations, Jasper provides invaluable guidance to Birn+Partners clients, helping them enhance their organisational structures, identifying the right leadership candidates, and achieving their commercial objectives.
