Heading the business in Amsterdam is Marc Schonagen, a senior professional with over 25 years of international leadership experience in Human Resources positions at industry giants such as Sony, Shell, and Heineken. Specializing in Leadership & Executive Search, Marc brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, having successfully filled over 200 leadership vacancies and navigated complex change and integration processes.

With our comprehensive range of services, spanning from executive search to consulting and board services, we stand apart from other agencies.
