I work with colleagues from different countries regularly. We share a strong team spirit, and collaboration is essential to us, making our work more diverse and rewarding. Birn+Partners emphasizes clear processes and uniform materials. We use a shared SharePoint and the same CRM system in all countries. Knowing that my colleagues in all ten countries use the same methods allows us to handle cross-border assignments efficiently.

We have an international atmosphere, with monthly webinars and an annual international conference. Additionally, Birn+Partners organizes monthly Academy training sessions and cross-country talks, helping us stay current.
