Jonna has worked in various roles within HR for 20+ years. She has extensive knowledge and a proven track record from executive search and selection, talent acquisition, psychometrics, HRD/ HRM and coaching, with a mix of public and private sector experience. Jonna has worked mainly in the Executive Search business and has also held a position as Nordic HR manager at a global medical company.

Jonna has extensive experience in cross-border communication within the Nordics. Having lived in Sweden for many years as well as having worked in the Nordics has given her an in-depth understanding of differences but also similarities in the Nordic business cultures. She provides her services in Swedish, Finnish, and English.

As a Nordic HR manager Jonna took part in setting up the new structure post a large-scale business divestment. She was part of the Nordics group and held key responsibility of reporting all HR related issues and topics to HQ. During her career she has carried out a good number of successful executive search- and career coaching assignments.

Jonna is a behavioral scientist with a major in psychology from Stockholm University, ICF certified business coach and certified in several psychometric tools; MAP, Matrigma, SHL, WOPI, MPA and Hucama to name a few.

She provides her services in Swedish, Finnish and English.
